“This…is The Creed.”

As Coloradans Demand Selflessness and Civility in Our Politics, Jason Crow Releases TV Ad Pledging to Uphold Army Ranger Creed in Congress

Aurora, CO – In a solemn and stirring new television ad, first-time candidate and decorated combat veteran Jason Crow is joined by everyday Coloradans in reciting key passages of The Army Ranger Creed, which Crow pledges to 6th Congressional District voters will guide his style of leadership “if given the honor of serving you in Congress.”

Crow led over 100 combat missions in three tours of duty in Iraq and Afghanistan, reaching the rank of captain and earning a Bronze Star.

“I will shoulder more than my share of the task – whatever it may be,” says Crow in the ad. “Under no circumstances will I ever – ever – embarrass my country.”

Crow is running in Colorado’s 6th Congressional District to unseat career politician Rep. Mike Coffman. He is refusing to take any campaign dollars from corporate PACs – a far departure from Coffman, who has received nearly $2 million from corporate PACs in his career, while voting with President Trump 96% of the time.

Transcript:

My country expects me to move further.

 Faster.

And fight harder than any other.

I will shoulder more than my share of the task.

 Whatever it may be.

One hundred percent – and then some.

Under no circumstances will I ever – ever – embarrass my country.

This is the creed I pledged when I served as an Army Ranger, and humbly pledge to you if given the honor of serving you in Congress.
